Shipping and returns

Cancellation of orders by the client will incur a 20% cancellation and administration fee. If funds have already been paid by the client all bank charges for the application of the refund will be incurred by the client. All orders in the Pretoria and Johannesburg region will be delivered within 24 – 72 hours (working days) from date of order. Deliveries outside Pretoria and Johannesburg will be delivered within 7 working days from date of order.
