Find the product you are interested in by browsing the product categories.
Once you've found the product, click on the image and then "add to cart".
Either continue shopping or select, "Proceed to Checkout"
Enter your billing address and desired shipping method.
Choose a payment method and click "Proceed".
We'll take your payment details and give you a receipt.
Your purchase is on the way to you.
That's it! It could not be simpler, so don't be worried give it a try!
Do you have a physical shop?
No, we don't have a physical shop. As an online shop we're open 24/7 while still being able to deliver the most efficient service possible. If you do have any questions about our products or services please don't hesitate to contact us.
How long does it take to receive my order?
You will receive your package within 1 to 7 working days, depending on which region you are in.
Do you deliver outside South Africa?
Unfortunately, we do not deliver outside of South Africa.
Are all your products legal?

Do you accept any other payment methods besides credit cards?
We also accept Bank Deposits, you can pay your billed amount by making a Direct Internet Transfer, or Cash Deposit into our account. We'll start processing your order as soon as we receive your payment. After clicking "Process my Order" you will immediately see a confirmation page. In addition, you will shortly receive an email confirming your order. How can I cancel an order?
Why should you do that...? Well if you really, really want to cancel an order, you have to inform us about it ASAP. Please be advised that an order, which advanced through the shipping process as far as being picked and packed, cannot be cancelled anymore.
